3R's Program Services

Primary Outpatient Treatment

  • Program length is 5 weeks / 50 hours. Day or evening schedule available
  • One-To-One Treatment Planning
  • Group Counseling
  • Task Assignments / Processing
  • Individual Counseling
  • Family Group Counseling
  • Recovery Goal Setting
  • Lecture and Video Presentations

Relapse Outpatient

  • Program length is 3 - 1/2 weeks / 33 hours
  • Day or evening schedule available
  • Program services are similar to Primary Outpatient, with an emphasis on relapse prevention

Phase II Aftercare

  • Follows Primary and Relapse Outpatient Treatment
  • 12 week average length, meeting once per week
  • Program emphasis on weekly goal-setting and processing within group to encourage positive daily behaviors in recovery
  • Completion of 4th and 5th Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous

DWI Classes / Learn I and Learn II

  • Held on Saturdays, 1 or 2 sessions
  • Program is designed to educate clients on alcohol and/or drug abuse
  • Services include alcohol- and drug-use evaluation, group counseling, goal-setting, value clarification, self-conception and decision-making processes, lectures, films and testing

Evaluation & Assessment

  • Alcohol- and drug-use evaluations are available
  • Performed by a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor
  • Call for appointment
  • There is no charge for this service if the client enrolls in outpatient treatment at 3R's

Funding / Insurance

  • 3R's is a qualified provider for Healthpartners, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica and other insurance carriers
  • Funding by clients' employer is also accepted
  • Self-pay clients may arrange a payment schedule
  • We accept Consolidated Fund clients through a Purchase of Service agreement with Hennepin County

Licensure

  • 3R's is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services
